REQUIREMENTS

THERAPIST, PSR

Provide therapeutic services to PSR clients. Assess client’s needs and individual treatment concerns upon admission and continuously throughout the client’s treatment.  Develop treatment plans addressing the specific needs of the client with individualized goals for treatment.  Bachelors Degree in Mental Health or related field.  Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

“CNA Certificate”

Coordinate outpatient psychiatric services to clients at risk of psychiatric institutionalization or hospitalization. Review and prepare charts prior to appointment, complete treatment plans and demographic information. CNA certificate plus 1 yr exp.  Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

LPN

“Accurate Clinical Trials”

Performs several important functions including mediation management, nursing assessments and treatment planning.  Perform evaluations (medical status, psychiatric status) within 24 hours of patient’s admission.  Evaluates, implement and document safety measures necessary for the patient.  Fla. LPN License.

HEALTH INFORMATION CLERK

Maintain client records to include retrieving and distributing medical records.  File records in designated area.  Uses Excel program to enter and retrieve info in storage.  Plan and organize indoor/outdoor storage.  Take request for and pick up and deliver client medical records.  HS or GED plus 1 yr. exp.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Direct the Agency’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs.  Plan, design, implement, facilitate and administer annual marketing plan for the Agency.  Responsible for estimating the demand for the Agency’s services and discovering new market segments that would be interested in these services.

RECEPTIONIST, OUTPATIENT

“Pool”

Responsible for answering phone, taking accurate messages and making follow up call to clients. Will also greet clients, guests, perform minor clerical duties and assist with filing as required.  Exceptional computer skills and ability to multi task.  HS Diploma.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Serves as Provider for Outpatient Medical Program. Provide psychiatric services for assigned patients.  Develop and establishes therapeutic relationships with patients.  Conduct psychiatric evaluations and discharge assessment for each assigned patient. Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

RN

“Pool”

“Wknd & Night Shift”

Responsible for the quality of client’s care provided. Supervises and directs the nursing services. Provide management and supervision. RN w/ appropriate education and licensure. Minimum of 5+ years exp.
